Aime specializes in creating customizable leadership strategies, that align with long term 

financing objectives and sustainable business models.   

Aime earned her bachelor's degree from Coastal Carolina University in Finance, and most recently attended Harvard Business School, with a Specialization in Sustainability.   Added coaching certifications with the International Coach Federation, allow Aime to help leaders refine models that achieve sustainable results.

Aime extends her Commitment to the Community through active engagement with The Light House Shelter and St. Mary's Parish in Annapolis, Maryland, where she resides with her family.
